Eligibility: You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use our Services. By accessing our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years old and that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.

Account Registration: Access to the Make Stock Money community Discord server is provided through LaunchPass, a third-party subscription management platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Acceptable Use: You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes. You shall not: (a) engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity; (b) post content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, or hateful; (c) impersonate any person or entity; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our Services; (e) use our Services for commercial solicitation without written authorization; or (f) reproduce or distribute any content from our Services without express written permission.

Intellectual Property: All content provided through our Services is the intellectual property of Make Stock Money, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination: Make Stock Money, LLC reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to any or all of our Services at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MAKE STOCK MONEY, LLC, AND ITS OWNERS, MANAGERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, MODERATORS, AFFILIATES, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ANY OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH: (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVICES; (B) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM OUR SERVICES; (C) ANY INVESTMENT OR TRADING DECISIONS MADE BY YOU BASED UPON INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH OUR SERVICES; OR (D) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF MAKE STOCK MONEY, LLC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED ZERO DOLLARS ($0.00). YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THE COMPANY SHALL HAVE NO MONETARY LIABILITY TO YOU WHATSOEVER.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Make Stock Money, LLC, and its owners, managers, members, employees, contractors, moderators, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, actions, suits, proceedings, liabilities, obligations, losses, damages, penalties, fines, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of our Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law; (d) your violation of any third-party rights; (e) any investment or trading decisions you make; or (f) any content you submit through our Services.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Arbitration: Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation for thirty (30) days. If unresolved, either party may pursue binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in the State of Arizona before a single arbitrator.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER: YOU AGREE THAT ANY PROCEEDING SHALL BE CONDUCTED SOLELY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS, COLLECTIVE ACTIONS, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDINGS.

11. Subscription and Cancellation Terms

Free Trial: Make Stock Money, LLC offers a seven (7) day free trial period for new subscribers. The Free Trial begins on the date you first activate your subscription through LaunchPass. You are not charged any subscription fees during the Free Trial period.

Automatic Conversion: Unless you cancel your subscription before the expiration of the Free Trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your designated payment method will be charged the applicable subscription fee then in effect.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through LaunchPass prior to the renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access through the end of that period.

No Refunds: ALL SUBSCRIPTION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

12. Content Disclaimer — Opinions and Personal Views

All opinions, commentary, analysis, trade ideas, watchlists, alerts, and any other content shared through our Services represent the personal views and opinions of the individual sharing such content at the time of sharing. Such content is shared solely for educational and entertainment purposes and does not constitute a recommendation, solicitation, or endorsement of any particular security, strategy, or course of action.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Make Stock Money, LLC with respect to your use of our Services and supersede all prior understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral.

BY USING OUR SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS IN THEIR ENTIRETY, THAT YOU UNDERSTAND THEM, AND THAT YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
